What we store

Your email address (free prompt pack and account), your password (hashed, we can't read it), your membership status and which lessons you finished. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card or bank details.

Why

To send you the prompt pack and emails about it, to give members access to the Club, and to handle billing.

Who else

Stripe (payments), Resend (sending email), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Cloudflare (file storage). They only process data on our behalf.

How long

As long as you're on the list or a member. Unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data anytime: hey@twan.ai. Invoice data is kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it.

Cookies

One cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
